Woburn Care Company is a privately owned domiciliary company that provides high quality Personal Care and support at your own home. We actively promote independence and understand the importance of detail when it comes to assessing your needs and wishes. Your Care Plan will be tailored to your needs and are personal to you as an individual. All our Staff is DBS checked and undergo mandatory training and an induction course, further development is through education and training.  We continuously seek specialist training including Dementia, Rare Neurological disease, Stroke, Palliative Care. Regular reviews and supervisions take place. Our carers are dedicated and professional. We believe in continuity of care and compassion. We do this job because we believe in what we are doing and work as a team to achieve it.

Our Carers

Our registered manager Rachael Cox has over twenty years experience within the care sector, 10 years within a managerial position. Rachael has experience working alongside the elderly including Dementia, adults and children with learning disabilities, mental health and adults and children with sensory impairments.

Rachael has achieved her level 4 Registered managers award and is currently working towards the new level 5 diploma (QCF)

Woburn Care Company places the importance on employing staff that are fit for the job, have appropriate skills and qualifications. All our staff is DBS checked, care workers complete an induction programme and receive ongoing mandatory training and specialist training. All care workers will receive regular supervisions and annual appraisals to identify their training needs and support.

We select only the highest quality Care Worker who have a genuine empathy for the people they provide care and support for. Each Carer has to undergo extensive background checks so you can be assured that the people who come into your, or your loved ones’ home are trustworthy and reliable.

Each of our new and existing Carer’s complete our quality-training programme; which continues throughout their career with Woburn Care Company. We always carefully match our clients with Carer(s) who have similar interests and we will personally introduce our Carer(s), and your families, before they commence delivering care and support. We ensure the same Carer(s) visit you each time so that you can build up relationships with them.

We also undertake frequent unannounced ‘spot checks’ to ensure the care you, or your loved one, is receiving is consistently of the very highest quality.


We analyse your needs carefully

Woburn Care Company is dedicated to ensure our staff is suitable and competent to carry out their duties and provide a high quality, personalised service. Your care plan will be discussed with you in length and any family member/representative should you wish. We will discuss you're wishes likes and dislikes in relation to you're care. We undertake a thorough assessment, which includes a social and physical profile, risk assessments for medication, moving and handling and environmental. This allows us to build a personalised care plan. We understand that you're needs may change at any given time and you're care plan will be individual with the flexibility to change should you want to. The lengths of visits will be tailored to meet you're needs and can be discussed at the time of assessment. .
